In SynkedUP, a customer can have multiple Properties. Here's a video that shows you how you can create additional properties for a customer.
Step by Step:
Step 1:
Click on Clients & Properties in the main sidebar and then type in the search box to find your customer.
Step 2:
Click on your Customer, and then on the yellow house icon to go to Properties.
Step 3:
The Customer's billing address is automatically added as a Property. But you can add as many Properties as you like. Just click on Add New Property.
Step 4:
Enter the address of the Property and then hit Save.
That's it! You've created a New Property. You can add as many new properties for a customer as you like.
