Step 1:

Create a maintenance contract if you don't already have one.

Here is a link on how to do this step by step.

Step 2:

Click printer button to start to send proposal.

Step 3:

Select "Customer Proposal"

Step 4:

Toggle on what you would like to send them for the proposal
