How to Update Your SynkedUP Subscription or Billing Information

How to update your payment method or make changes to your SynkedUP subscription — and how to keep your card info secure.

Need to make a change to your SynkedUP subscription? Things like updating your payment method, changing your plan, or managing billing details are all handled by our team — we don't have a self-serve flow for these yet.

How to get it done

  1. Reach out to us in the chat (lower-right corner) and tell us what change you need. Examples: "I need to update the card on file" or "I want to switch from monthly to annual."

  2. A team member will reply and — for anything involving a new card or bank account — send you a secure way to share your payment details. We'll have you up and running quickly from there.

Please don't type your card information into chat

That includes the full card number, the last 4 digits, the cardholder name, the expiration date, the CVV, and the billing ZIP — same goes for bank account or routing numbers. Chat isn't a secure channel for payment data, and we'll never ask you to send it that way. When you reach out, just describe the change you want; we'll handle the rest through our secure billing tools.
