How to Change Where Company-Level Emails Are Sent
Company-level emails from SynkedUP (such as webinar invitations and marketing communications) are tied to your account's primary contact information in our system. This is separate from your individual user login email.
To change which email address receives these company-level communications, please contact SynkedUP support via the chat box — our team will update this for you on our end.
This is different from changing your login email
