Where to See Hours Worked vs. Estimated on a Job (Costing & Analysis)

See how a crew's actual hours compare to the budgeted hours on the job's Costing & Analysis page. Note: hours update after clock-out, not in real time.

Want to see how a crew's actual hours are stacking up against what you budgeted? SynkedUP shows this on the job's Costing & Analysis page. One thing to know up front: it's not a live, minute-by-minute view — hours update after the crew clocks out of the visit, not while they're still on site.

Where to find it (desktop)

  1. Open the job.

  2. Go to the Costing & Analysis page.

  3. You'll see the hours worked (actual) alongside the estimated/budgeted hours, so you can compare how the crew tracked against the estimate.

Good to know

  • Hours update after clock-out, not in real time. If a crew is mid-visit, you won't see their minutes ticking up live — the actual hours show up once they clock out.

  • There's no live countdown timer for an in-progress visit. To check progress against the budget, look at Costing & Analysis once the visit's hours have come in.
