How to Job Cost

1. Open the job you wish to job cost.

2. Click "Costing & Analysis"

3. Look through the overall numbers to see what was estimated, what you actually charged, and what you should have charged based on the your budget.

4. Click on the drop down under Time Analysis to see where the hours came in on each work area.

5. Scroll down to the bottom to look at all the items used in the job. Compare estimated to actuals to see what you can learn

6. Use these toggles to look at individual workareas or any combination you like.
