The SynkedUP MCP lets you connect an AI tool — like Claude, Grok, or ChatGPT Codex — directly to your SynkedUP account. Once connected, you can ask the AI questions about your business and have it do work in SynkedUP for you.
MCP vs. Zapier — which one do I want?
SynkedUP MCP — connects an AI assistant to your SynkedUP data so you can chat with it and have it work in your account.
Zapier — connects SynkedUP to other apps to automate actions (for example, create a lead in SynkedUP when a form is filled out). Use Zapier for app-to-app connections, including CRMs like HighLevel.
What can it do?
The MCP can view and work with:
Customers and properties
Jobs, estimates, and work areas
Your item catalog and templates
Crew hours and time tracking (view only — it can look up hours, but can't create timesheets yet)

A SynkedUP PRO plan. Both the MCP and Zapier are PRO features.

Our team will send you a personal token. This is your private key that connects an AI tool to your SynkedUP account — you'll need it during setup.

Keep your token private. Anyone with it can reach your SynkedUP data. Don't post it or share it outside your team. If you think it's been exposed, let us know and we'll issue a new one.
