Short answer: you don't convert a consultation directly into a quote. In SynkedUP you create a brand-new Estimate for that customer, send it as a Proposal (that's the "quote" your customer reviews), and then — if you want the two tied together — go back to the consultation and associate it with the job you just created.
Here's the flow
Create a new Estimate for the customer (and the correct property). You don't need to start from the consultation — the estimate stands on its own.
Build the estimate and send it as a Proposal. That Proposal is the quote your customer sees and approves.
(Optional) Open the original Consultation and choose the job it's associated with. This links your consultation to the new job/estimate for your own records — it isn't required to send the quote.
Good to know
A consultation doesn't "become" a quote, and there's no "Completed" step on the schedule that converts it. The schedule just shows the consultation for visibility.
The link between a consultation and a job is set from the consultation, after the job/estimate exists — not by finding a field on the estimate first.
