Need to see the actual invoice, or get a paper copy for a customer or your own files? The invoice list gives you amounts and dates, but the invoice itself lives one layer down. Where you go depends on how you invoice.
SynkedUP Payments — an open invoice
In the left sidebar, go to Invoicing.
Click Invoices at the top.
Find the invoice you want and click it. You'll see three buttons: Send Invoice, Pay Invoice, and Delete Invoice.
Click Pay Invoice. This opens a new tab.
Click Go to Checkout.
Click Download Invoice.
That gives you the invoice as a PDF — open it and print from there like any other file.
Clicking Pay Invoice doesn't charge anything. It doesn't run a card and it doesn't mark the invoice paid. It just opens the customer-facing checkout page, which is where the downloadable copy of the invoice lives. You can back out at any point without changing a thing.
The "see more" arrow isn't it. Expanding the invoice row in the list only opens the line item descriptions — it won't show you the invoice document.
SynkedUP Payments — an invoice that's already paid
Once an invoice is marked paid, you'll get a receipt instead of the invoice. Click the three-dot menu on the right of the invoice row and choose View Receipt, then download the PDF from there.

QuickBooks Online
If you invoice through QBO rather than SynkedUP Payments, open the invoice in QuickBooks Online and print it from there. SynkedUP doesn't hold a printable copy of a QBO invoice.
