How to Link a Customer to QuickBooks from the Mobile App

Link a Customer to QuickBooks in order to be able to generate Invoices, etc

Before you can create an invoice for a project, that customer first needs to be linked to QuickBooks Online. This tutorial shows you how to link a SynkedUP customer with QuickBooks from the Mobile App.


Step by Step:

Step 1:

In the Main Menu, click on either Estimates or Projects.

Step 2:

Select a job for the customer you want to link.

Step 3:

Click on the orange plus button at the bottom of the screen, and then click the Link icon.

Step 4:

Here you have two options.

If the customer is a new one, click Push this Customer to QuickBooks.

If this customer already exists in QuickBooks, type in the search box to find them and click on their name. This generates a popup. Click Yes to complete the linking process.

You're done!
