How Can a Customer Approve a Previously Declined Work Area?

If your customer signed a proposal but didn't approve all the work areas, they can go back and approve additional ones without needing a new proposal.

Have your customer open the original proposal link from their email and click "Click here to review the proposal" (opening the PDF won't work). They can then toggle on the work area they want to add, click Approve, type their name, and hit Confirm.

Proposal links go dead after 30 days. If it's been longer than that, you'll need to create and send a new proposal that includes the work area the customer wants to add.

This Is Different From a Change Order

A change order is for adding new work areas that weren't on the original proposal. If the work area was already included but just wasn't approved, the customer can approve it using the steps above.
