When a customer calls and asks "when are you coming out?", you don't need to scroll the calendar. Every job in SynkedUP has a Schedule tab that shows exactly when it's on the calendar.
Step 1: Open the job
Go to the job from its list β Projects, Service Tickets, or Maintenance β and open it. The path is the same for all three job types.
Step 2: Click the Schedule tab
Inside the job, click the Schedule tab. The scheduled date (or dates, for multi-day installs and recurring maintenance visits) will be shown there, along with the assigned crew.
That's it β same path on desktop and mobile.
Don't see a date on the Schedule tab?
