Control the "reply-to" email addresses in SynkedUP generated emails

You can now modify the reply-to address in an email that gets sent from SynkedUP. This is useful and enables you to reply directly to a customer when you get the email about a newly approved proposal, or a customer can reply directly to you when they get an email for a consult or proposal, etc.


Step by Step:

Step 1:

This feature is available wherever SynkedUp allows you to send an email to a customer. In this article, I'll show you using a Consultation as an example.

After you have entered your information for scheduling a Consultation, select Save and Send.

Step 2:

This is where you can select the reply-to email addresses. This means that the salesperson can reply directly to a consultation scheduling email and the reply goes to the customer. The customer can do the same, with the reply going to the salesperson.
