SynkedUP now allows you to create an estimate in the Mobile App!
Here is a video to guide you through the process:
Step by Step:
Go to Estimates from the main menu.
Click on the round orange plus button.
If you don't see the button, that means you need to edit your user settings to make you either a Sales Person or an Admin.
Choose the type of Estimate you want to create.
Search for and select a customer or add a new customer.
Select the Customer's Property or create a new Property.
Name the Estimate, then hit the blue Add Workarea button.
Name the Workarea, select the Pricing Type, the Cost Code, and the Division.
Hit the green plus button to add items to the Workarea.
Select all the items you want to add to the Workarea and hit the blue Add items button.
Adjust the quantities of each item and hit the orange Add Items button.
Or you can tap on the item and open the Edit Item screen to adjust the quantity or price. Hit Save when you're done.
You can edit the Final Price if you are doing a Quoted Pricing Type Workarea.
Click Save when you're done.
Click Save again to save the Estimate.
Congrats! You've successfully created an Estimate in the Mobile App!
