How to Attach Pictures and Files to a Customer Proposal

Send photos to your customer for review along with your proposal via a shareable link.

Did you know you can include links to photos, design files, etc. in your job proposals?

You will need a link in order to attach photos to a Proposal. So, first of all, you will need to put your photos and attachments in a shareable folder, such as Google Drive or Dropbox. This will provide you with a link to the folder that you can then share with your customer.

This tutorial will show you how to do it.

⚠️ Heads up — this method is for the customer, not the crew. Photos and links added to a proposal are visible to your customer via the proposal — they do not show up in the mobile app for your crew. If you want your crew to see photos/files in the field, upload them directly to the job's attachment folder instead. See How Attachments are Handled in SynkedUP. How to attach pictures and files to a customer proposal

1. Click "Create New Proposal"

2. Enter and highlight the word(s) you want to turn into a link

3. Click this icon.

4. Paste in a link for the website, shared folder, etc

5. Click save.

6. Click "Next".

7. Click "Add a new info link"

8. Enter a name and a destination link

9. Click "Next"

10. Click "Save".



That's how you can share photos and other files with your customers.
