If you run into an error when creating a new User in SynkedUP, the most likely cause is that the new User's email address was associated with another User account at some point in the past. You can circumvent the error by using a different email address or by restoring the user.

If you're getting an error message that looks like this, you can try two things:
Use a different email address for the new user.
Check the Recycle Bin for a user with that email address and restore it.
For details on the second option, continue to the next step.
In the Main Menu, click on Recycle Bin, then select Users.
Search for a deleted User using the email address that you're using for the new User.
Click on the User and scroll all the way down to the bottom and hit the green Restore User button.
