Proposal PDF layout fixed

If the work area customer description was too long, it was inserting a large blank space into the PDF. This issue is resolved.

Pro Plan has officially launched

Exciting news! Our long awaited Pro Plan has been launched. Pro Plan is designed to take SynkedUP to the next level. Bigger and better features will be added as our developers work their magic!

First new feature is our Zapier Integration

Zapier is a program that allows multiple software platforms to communicate to help you automate your business. We have launched a few basic Zaps, but this list will grow in time with customer feedback and suggestions.

When proposal is created

The purpose of this particular zap is to be able to automate anything you want, when you send a proposal from within SynkedUP. One of the most common use cases would be to send an automated follow up reminder when the customer hasn't yet approved a proposal you sent to them. That's the example I set up in my tutorial below, but you could set up anything you want.

Job created or updated

The purpose of this particular zap is to be able to automate anything you want, when you create or update a job from within SynkedUP. One example would be to send an automated email notification to the sales person when one of their jobs gets marked as Complete. That's the example I set up in my tutorial below, but you could set up anything you want.

Create a consultation

The purpose of this particular zap is to automatically enter Consultations into your SynkedUP account, so you can avoid having to manually type it all in when someone books an appointment with you.

Create or update a lead or customer

The purpose of this particular zap is to automatically create or update Leads or Customers in your SynkedUP account, so you can avoid having to manually type it all into SynkedUP when someone becomes a lead or customer for you
