How to Set Up a Snow Job that is Per Push Pricing with Graduated Rates based on Snowfall Amount

Often times, snow jobs are set up to bill out at different amounts depending on the amount of snow. This article will show you how to set that up.

Creating A Snow Job With Graduated Pricing

1. Create a Maintenance Job

2. Click "Plan"

3. Click "Add Work Area"

4. Name the Work Area

5. Click the "Cost Code" field

6. Choose a Cost Code

7. Click the "Division" field

8. Choose a Division

9. Click "Create Work Area"

10. Click "Add Work Area" and follow the above steps to create Work Areas for each separate billable amount

11. Click "Edit"

12. Click "Open Catalog Browser" and add the estimated labor, equipment, etc. to determine the price for that Work Area

13. Or click "Override Final Price"

14. Enter the amount billable for that Work Area

15. Click "Set Value"

16. Click "Pricing Type"

17. Click "Per Visit"

18. Change each Work Area to "Per Visit" pricing type and set the final price
