Setting Up a Snow Removal Job that is Time and Materials Pricing

1. Create a Maintenance Job

2. Click "Plan"

3. Click "Add Work Area"

4. Name the Work Area

5. Click the "Cost Code" field

6. Choose a Cost Code

7. Click the "Division" field

8. Choose a Division

9. Click "Create Work Area"

10. Click "Edit"

11. Click "Pricing Type"

12. Click "Time and Materials"

13. Click "Work Areas" and add additional Work Areas (if needed)

14. Click "New Work Area"

15. Type "Skid Steer Snow Removal" for example to track and bill different rates

16. Click "Cost Code"

17. Choose a Cost Code

18. Click "Division"

19. Choose a Division

20. Click "Create Work Area"

21. Click "Open Catalog Browser"

22. Choose a Labor or Equipment item that you want to track and charge for

23. Click "Custom Labor Rate"

24. Choose the labor rate you want that Work Area to bill for

25. Click "Snow Removal with Skid Loader: $115.00" (For Example)

26. Click "Close"

27. Click "Edit"

28. Click "Quoted Price"

29. Click "Time and Materials"

30. Click "Work Areas"

31. Choose the Work Area you want to track materials in

32. Click "Open Catalog Browser"

33. Click the "Search" field.

34. Type "salt" or whichever material you want to track and bill for

35. Choose the material

36. Click "Close"
