How to Set Up a Maintenance Job that is a Quoted Contract Price

This article will walk you through how to set up a maintenance job that is a set quoted price over a specific contract length.

Creating a Contracted Price Maintenance Contract

1. Click here.

2. Click the "Maintenance Contract" field.

3. Choose a customer and property

4. Click "Create"

5. Click the "Name" field and name the job

6. Click "Plan"

7. Click "Add Work Area"

8. Name the first Work Area

9. Choose a "Cost Code"

10. Choose a Division

11. Click "Create Work Area"

12. Repeat above steps to add all Work Areas to be included in the contract

13. Click "Add Group"

14. Name the Group

15. Click here and enter any description needed

16. Click "Save"

17. Click this icon and drag it into the Group

18. Repeat for all additional Work Areas

19. Click "Edit"

20. Click "Open Catalog Browser"

21. Add any labor and materials needed to complete that Work Area

22. Adjust any quantities

23. Click "Work Areas" and add labor and materials to each additional Work Area

24. Click here if the Work Area is recurring and going to happen more than once

25. Click this field and enter the number of occurrences

26. Click "Close"
