How to Create a Snow Job with a Seasonal Contract
1. Create a Maintenance Job
2. Click "Plan"
3. Click "Add Work Area"
4. Name the Work Area
5. Click the "Cost Code" field
6. Choose a Cost Code
7. Click the "Division" field
8. Choose a Division
9. Click "Create Work Area"
10. Add additional Work Areas for each service you want to track (ie: plowing, salting, shoveling, etc)
11. Click "Add Group"
12. Name the "Contract"
13. Click "Save"
14. Click the grab handle and drag the Work Area into the group
15. Repeat for all additional Work Areas
16. Drag the Work Areas into the Group
17. Click "Edit"
18. Click "Open Catalog Browser"
19. Choose all labor and materials needed to complete each Work Area
20. Estimate the time or amount of materials needed to complete the Work Area
21. Click "Override Final Price" if needed to adjust the Final Price
22. Click "Work Areas"
23. Repeat for all Work Areas
24. Click "Close"
If you want to schedule individual events throughout the season follow the steps below
25. Click "Edit"
26. Toggle on "Recurring"
27. Enter the estimated number of times you will complete this Work Area, you can always adjust later
28. Click "Close"
