✅ Step-by-Step: How to View Job Details in the SynkedUP Mobile App
🔹 Option 1: When You’re Not Clocked In (e.g., checking ahead the night before)
Open the SynkedUP mobile app
On the Timesheets/Home screen, locate the job listed under your planned schedule.
Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the job.
Select “View Job Details”
You’ll now enter the Digital Job Folder, which shows:
📍 Work areas
⏱️ Estimated vs. actual time
📦 Materials
🧾 Customer contact info
📎 Attachments
📝 Job notes
🔹 Option 2: While Clocked Into the Job
Start your timer on the job as usual.
Tap the small arrow at the bottom of the job card (to expand it).
Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top right.
Select “View Job Details”
OR
From the expanded job view, tap the "Job Details" button directly.
🔹 What You Can Do Inside the Job Details (Digital Job Folder)
✅ View your current job hours ticking in real time
📊 See how much time you have left on each work area
✍️ Add internal notes
📧 Email the customer
💰 Add expenses
📦 Log or review materials used
🔁 Update the work area status (e.g., In Progress, Blocked, Complete)
📎 Access attachments like site plans or permits

Check the job folder before the day starts to know what materials, tools, or prep you need — and during the day to stay on top of time and progress.
