You can restrict who sees the numbers by giving permission to view pricing information to only certain users. You can do this by defining permissions for a Role, and then assigning that Role to a User.
What the "Pricing Information" permission controls
When this permission is turned OFF for a role, users with that role will NOT be able to see:
Job prices and proposal values
Budget totals and financial data
Invoiced amounts and cost breakdowns
⚠️ Note: Estimated hours/man-hours cannot be hidden from foremen. Field staff will always be able to see the estimated hours for a job, regardless of the Pricing Information permission setting.

Step by Step:
Step 1:
First of all, go to your My Company settings.
Step 2:
Scroll down to the Roles section on the My Company page and click on the role for which you want to edit permissions.
Step 3:
This generates a popup. Turn the toggle on or off to show or hide pricing information and hit Save.
Step 4:
Next, go to Users on the main menu and select the User whose permissions you wish to edit.
Step 5:
Turn on the toggle for the role which you want the user to have, with the desired permissions.
Step 6:
Hit Save.
