There are several different places to enter notes in SynkedUP, but the best way to make sure that your guys in the field don't miss your notes is by entering them in the Internal Work Area Notes field.
Both Projects and Maintenance Contracts allow you to enter notes that will alert the field tech with a Note icon in the Mobile App.
⚠️ Heads up — links in notes aren't tappable on mobile. Internal Workarea Notes are great for written instructions, but if you paste a hyperlink (Dropbox, Google Drive, plan PDF, design rendering, etc.), the crew won't be able to tap it from the mobile app. For files and photos you want your crew to access in the field, upload the file directly to the job's attachment folder instead — see How Attachments are Handled in SynkedUP. The crew sees those in the Digital Job Folder when they tap into the job — see How to View Job Details on the Mobile App.
