There are several different places to enter notes in SynkedUP, but the best way to make sure that your guys in the field don't miss your notes is by entering them in the Internal Workarea Notes field.
Both Projects and Maintenance Contracts allow you to enter notes that will alert the field tech with a Note icon in the Mobile App.

Step by Step:
Step 1:
Go to Projects and select the job for which you want to enter notes.
Step 2:
Click on the workarea that you want to enter notes for and scroll down to the Internal Workarea Notes. Hit Save.
This will create a Notes icon in the job when viewed in the Mobile App.
Step 3:
You can do the same thing in a Maintenance Contract.
Go to Maintenance and select the job to which you want to add Notes. Scroll down to the Instructions to Tech field and enter your notes, then hit Save.
These Notes will show up as a speech bubble icon beside the job name in the Mobile App. The next steps will show you how to access the notes.
Step 4:
Clock into that job in the Mobile App. You will see a little speech-bubble icon beside the job name. This indicates that there are workarea notes. To see these notes, click on the job name.
Step 5:
You can either click through all the workareas to see the notes...
...or click on the Notes tab to see the notes for all workareas.
