After you send an estimate to the Customer for approval, here's how you can check to see if they approved it.

Step by Step:

Step 1:

Go to Estimates and select the Estimate you sent off.

In the left column where the workareas are listed, check beside the number and name of the Workarea. If there is a green checkmark, you know that your Customer approved it in the Customer portal.

You can see that this Estimate has not yet been approved.

After the Customer has approved the Estimate, the green checkmark will appear beside the workareas and a note telling you the date that the Customer approved the job.

If you go to the Estimate's attachments, you can also see a copy of the Approved Estimate.

Step 2:

Click on the paper clip icon button to go to Attachments.

Step 3:

If the Estimate has been approved you will see a file named "Client Approved Estimate". This is a copy of the Approved Estimate, with the Customer's e-signature.

Those are the two indications that let you know whether an Estimate has been approved.
