Hey SynkedUP Crew! We've been hard at work trying to clear up any issues that you may have been experiencing. Here is a look at what we have been working on.....

At a Glance:

  • Scheduling correction

  • Customer view work status

  • Removing a service ticket from the calendar

  • Service packages carrying previous years

  • Costing and analysis fix

  • Adding multiple items to a receipt

Scheduling correction

We found that when scheduling a job, it was showing all man hours on that job, regardless of workarea approval status. We have that fixed so that only approved workarea hours are showing. Unapproved or on hold workareas do not show in the hour total.

Customer view work status

When viewing a customers list of work from the clients and properties page the job status was not showing correctly. We have fixed that to now be consistent with how we display the job status elsewhere in the app.

Removing a service ticket from the calendar

We noticed that when you removed a service ticket from the calendar, it was not showing back up in the list of unscheduled jobs. It was as if the job just disappeared. That has now been taken care of, so if you remove a service ticket from the calendar, it now shows in the list of unscheduled jobs.

Service packages carrying previous years

A user brought to our attention that when you have a new customer and apply a service package to that customer, it was applying all previous years of that service package. This did not make much sense because this was a new customer who was just starting to receive this service. This forced the user to go in and delete out the previous years that were irrelevant. That has now been fixed and service packages will start fresh with a new client.

Costing and Analysis fix

We found a bug in the costing and analysis page. In the Revenue section, when the final price was greater than the estimated price it was showing as red. This was a bit confusing as you would expect that to be green as you did better than estimated. We found a minor glitch in the code that was causing that. That has now been fixed, and now at a quick glance, you can see how you are doing. Green is good and Red, not so much.

Adding multiple items to a receipt

A couple of users reported that when entering receipts, they were not saving. This turned out to be an issue when adding multiple items to that receipt. That has been resolved, so now adding multiple items saves as it should.
