Calendar Pricing display

When in the calendar and hitting the drop down arrows next to an event, it was no longer showing the final price of the job. Everything was reflected as $0. We were able to get that fixed so that it shows the final price again.

Cost Codes generating error on save

We recently discovered that when setting up a new account, cost codes were not saving. You could enter a cost code, get it linked, but hitting save would generate an error. This turned out to be a silly character limitation that was easily fixed.

Deleted jobs still showing on calendar

A few months ago we did some work on the calendar in regards to how it stores and accesses data. This helped us with some performance issues but we recently realized that if you deleted a job it still showed as needing to be scheduled. This was an easy fix so now any deleted jobs disappear from the calendar completely.

Items summary report not printing accurately

We had a user report that the items summary report was not matching what actually was happening. This was due to some of the items work and the report not reflecting some items accurately. This has all been fixed and the items summary report is now accurate.

Invoicing maintenance displaying differently

With the items work being done we inadvertently changed how maintenance jobs appeared when using the invoicing page. It would display all billable visits under each task. When creating the invoice is was indeed correct, but was certainly causing confusion. While we want to do more work to how the invoicing page looks and operates, we do have it back to operating as it was before.

Scheduling bug

We found a scheduling bug. When you tried to schedule a task to a specific date and time, it was resetting itself to a random date and time. This was an easy fix. Now you can schedule as desired.

Missing data error message when creating a new item

We had a few users report getting a random error message. In the process of building an estimate, occasionally when adding a new item, the catalog would generate a missing data error message. This one had us scratching our heads as nothing we did would replicate this issue. After some investigative work we had an ah-ha moment and found the cause. You should now have no issue when adding an item to your catalog while building an estimate.

Update to budget not saving in workarea sync

We found we had a glitch in workarea item pricing after a budget was updated. When you alter your budget and open an estimate previously built, you will see the sync circle icon that allows you to sync that item to the updated budget pricing. The glitch was causing that sync action not to save. This was an easy fix on the backend and now operates as expected.

Filter to show X number of items on costing and analysis page not working

On the Costing and Analysis page, on the bottom you would find a list of all the items associated with that job. On big projects, with a large number of items, a filter would appear allowing you to see a certain number of items per page. However, that filter was not working as intended. We have removed the filter and now display a defaulted amount of items.

Show strikethrough on completed jobs on mobile a app

We had a request from a handful of users asking if the calendar on the mobile app could display completed tasks with a strikethrough, just like the web app does. This took a little bit of work, but we were able to get that done. You should now be able to look at the mobile app calendar and see which jobs have been completed.

Unsaved project prompt on invoicing page when no changes made

Working from the invoicing page and reviewing visits, it was prompting you to save, even though no changes had been made. This could cause you to get stuck and unable to move forward. This was quickly fixed and now operates as expected.

Copy task in maintenance not working

We briefly had a glitch with the copy task button in maintenance jobs. It was not working as expected. You would attempt to copy a task and the button would appear dead. We got this fixed quickly, so feel free to copy away.
