Add a Service Call Fee to a Service Ticket

You can add a Service Call Fee to any Service Ticket without having to include it in your estimate by clicking on the box when Clocking Out. This article assumes that you've already set up a Service Call Fee in your Company settings. If you haven't, watch this tutorial first.

Here's how you use the Service Call Fee:

Step by Step:

Step 1:

Follow the normal steps to create a Timecard. If you haven't done it before, follow the steps in this tutorial.

Step 2:

When the Crew Member is ready to clock out of the job, go to the Timecard and hit Clock Out.

Step 3:

Record the Actual Items used on that Job and hit Next.

Step 4:

Here's where you apply the Service Fee. Check the little box (or circle) and make sure the correct workarea is selected. Then hit Next or Create Invoice to finish the Clocking Out Workflow.
