Tags make it easy to divide your Customers into segments, so that you can group together Customers that receive similar services from you, etc.
Step by Step:
Go to Clients & Properties on the main menu. You'll need to tag customers individually. Click on the Customer that you want to tag. Scroll down to the Tags section.
To tag your Customer, just start typing. If you've created tags before, they'll show up as options. Otherwise, just type the name of the new tag and hit the Enter key.
Save the Customer.
To search for all the customers with this tag, type the name of the tag in the Search bar. All the customers with this tag will show up, including the one we just tagged.
That's how you create Customer Tags and sort your Customers with them!
