How to Export your SynkedUP Schedule to an External Calendar

You can add your SynkedUP scheduled events to any other calendar that you use, allowing you to see your schedule without having to log into SynkedUP.

This guide will walk you through the steps of subscribing to your Synkedup calendar in Google Calendar. Learn how to easily integrate your Synkedup schedule into your Google Calendar for better time management and planning.



1. Click "Account Details"

2. Copy the schedule details URL you with to export.

3. Click "Add other calendars"

4. Click "From URL"

5. Paste the copied URL here and click "Add calendar."


How to Add Your SynkedUP Schedule to an External Calendar

You can subscribe to your SynkedUP schedule and view it in external calendars such as Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar. This allows you to see your jobs, consultations, and other scheduled events alongside your personal calendar.

Step 1: Open Your Account Details

  1. Log in to SynkedUP.

  2. Click your user profile in the top right corner.

  3. Select Account Details.

Step 2: Locate Calendar Subscriptions

  1. Scroll to the Calendar Subscriptions section.

  2. Choose the calendar link you want to export:

    • My Schedule – Shows events assigned to you (jobs, consultations, etc.).

    • Company Schedule – Shows events for the entire company.

    • Consultations Only – Shows only scheduled consultations.

    • All Users (Excluding Consultations) – Shows scheduled jobs for all users.

  3. Click Copy Link on the calendar you want to use.

Step 3: Add the Calendar to Your External Calendar

  1. Open your external calendar (Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar, etc.).

  2. Find the option to Add Calendar from URL or Subscribe to Calendar.

  3. Paste the SynkedUP calendar link you copied.

  4. Click Add Calendar.

Step 4: View Your SynkedUP Events

Once added, your SynkedUP schedule will appear in your external calendar. Events such as jobs, consultations, and other scheduled items will automatically sync so you can view everything in one place.
