Have you ever wished you could take that estimate you spent hours putting together and copy to use on another job that is very similar? Well now you can! Take any job in SynkedUP, create a copy, assign it to a new customer and you are done. That entire job is copied and ready to be tweaked and used for the new customer.
Step by Step:
Step 1:
Select the job you are going to move.
Step 2:
Once you are in the job that you have selected, scroll to the bottom of the details page. Click on the Copy button.
Step 3:
From the Copy Job pop up, select the Customer and Property you want to copy the job over to. You can also choose to copy over all internal workarea notes, just turn on the toggle at the bottom of the pop up. Click OK.
Step 4:
Just like that....the job is copied over to the Customer you chose.
Step 5:
If you need to make any tweaks or changes to the job, just click on the workarea and make your changes. Don't forget to hit save!
