Change to Maintenance Years

This article discusses the change being made to maintenance years.

You have likely landed on this article because you were looking to make a new maintenance year within a contract but you can no longer do that. This is in an effort to streamline how maintenance projects work. You can use the copy jobs button to achieve the same thing, they will just be stand alone jobs now and not wrapped up under the same umbrella. As mentioned in the above video, any existing maintenance jobs containing multiple years will be split into different jobs and labeled with the appropriate corresponding year. While we continue to make improvements, if you want to compare years we recommend opening separate browser tabs and switch back and forth to compare multiple years data.
