Successful removal of multi-year concept in Maintenance jobs

As you all know we have begun work on how maintenance operates in SynkedUP. The first step is to eliminate the idea of having multiple years within the same maintenance job. These were causing issues and preventing us from doing the upgrades that we want to do. That feature no longer exists and all maintenance jobs that contained multiple years have been split into separate jobs. We appreciate your understanding as we work to cleanup some of the backend code.

Job filtering on calendar sidebar

With the recent work we did to improve the calendar functionality, we found a small bug that caused an issue when all division filters were turned off. That has been cleaned up and the calendar filters work as designed.

Materials entered via receipt did not show up on invoice description in QuickBooks Online

We found that when materials were added to a job via receipt or manual web entry on the costing and analysis page, they were not showing up on the invoice description page in QuickBooks Online. We have fixed that so that wherever materials are entered, they will show up on the invoice description.

Route scheduling bug

When working with a client to add a stop to a route, we discovered a bug. When rescheduling the route it was showing all stops as completed. That has now been fixed so completed stops now get filtered out.

Consultation scheduling bug

A user reported an issue when trying to schedule a consult for noon. The program was automatically moving it to midnight the following day. This turned out to be a problem with the time picker. That time picker was removed from everywhere in the program and replaced with an accurate one. No more midnight consults, unless you want one. πŸ˜‚
