How to Set Up a Recurring Work Area

Maintenance jobs offer the ability to set up recurring work areas. This is anything that you would want to be able to schedule multiple times, for example, lawn mowing, fertilization, shrub pruning, etc.

Creating a Recurring Maintenance Work Area in SynkedUP

1. Click "+" to create a new maintenance job

2. Choose your customer and property

3. Click "Create"

4. Click "Plan"

5. Click "Add Work Area"

6. Name your work area

7. Choose a cost code

8. Choose a division

9. Click "Create Work Area"

10. Click "Edit"

11. Choose your pricing type

12. Turn on Recurring

13. Click the "Date Range" field or enter the number of visits

14. Click "Open Catalog Browser"

15. Add any labor or materials needed to estimate the work area
