Improvements made on Invoicing Actual Items Changes

We made some improvements to the new functionality of Invoice generation.

In the Create New Invoice from the Invoicing tab, the "ready to invoice items" are now grouped by name, to make it easier to decipher at a glance. Under the group toggle, each individual item entry has its own toggle so you can select exactly what you want to invoice.

Additionally, you can also select your items to invoice based on what Visit they belong to.

Mobile App

Optimized load times for the Customer list and improved search performance

As we promised in our last release, we brought optimization to the mobile app in the Customer list. The list now loads quickly, and search queries can be entered in any order. For example: Last Name [space] First Name, First Name [space] Last Name, or Company Name, etc. If any or part of the words match the above fields, they will appear in the results.

Resolved not being able to search with ' symbol

iOS had trouble when searching for a customer with the ' character in the name. (Such as O'Neil) This has now been resolved.

Created an Individual Item Summary Screen/View in the new Items Summary Screen

You know that new Items Summary screen we built last release? We now added an additional layer of information. You can now click into any of those items and see all the individual entries broken out by workarea. You can also click on any of those individual entries and edit those items, as long as the item hasn't been reviewed or invoiced in the backend.

We also show the origin of each entry, such as: August 10, 2020 Visit added by Derek

For example: I clicked on Gas/Plumbing (first screenshot).

βœ” That's a wrap! Hope everyone has a great weekend. As always, please drop us a line and let us know what you think. Any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us through the blue chat box in the bottom right of your screen. πŸŽ‰
