When you are finished for the day and have already clocked out, you'll want to review and submit your time cards in the Daily Review process. This is initiated by clicking on the orange arrow on the day in the Timesheet Overview. See the video below:

Step by Step:

Step 1:

Go to Time on the main taskbar. This takes you to the Overview screen.

Here you will see the little Clock icon, which is color-coded to let you know whether the timesheets have been submitted yet.

  • Green: crew members are currently clocked into the job

  • Orange: crew members are clocked out, but the timesheets are unsubmitted

  • Gray: the timesheets have been submitted

Step 2:

Click on the little orange arrow on the bar with the day's date.

Step 3:

Now you can review your timesheets for the day and make sure everything is correct. Click on employee's time if you need to make some edits.

Step 4:

Once you've reviewed the timesheets, hit Next at the bottom of the screen.

Step 5:

The next screen gives you the chance to deduct time for a lunch break. You can check or uncheck each crew member to apply or un-apply a lunch break deduction, then hit Next.

The default deduction is 30 minutes, but you can click on the time to change it.

Step 6:

The last step is to hit the Submit TimeCards button.

That's it! Your time cards have been successfully submitted.
