Often in the real world, once you've clocked in you suddenly need to access some info about the job, customer, etc.
Instead of backing out of that timesheet and going to search for the project or customer details, you can simply tap on the job name at the top of the screen. This opens the Digital Job Folder, which provides all info about the customer and job. See the video below for a tour of the Digital Job Folder.
Step by Step:
Step 1:
There are two ways to access the Digital Job Folder. The first way is from the timesheet you're currently clocked in on.
The second way is from the Scheduled button in the Time taskbar.
Click on the job on the schedule.
Then click View Job Details.
Step 2:
Now we're ready for a tour around the Job Folder:
The Workarea tab shows the workarea that you are currently clocked into.
Click on the phone icon to call the customer.
Click on the customer name to see Customer details.
Click on the destination icon to navigate to the Customer's address.
Click on the round orange plus button to add items to the workarea.
Step 3:
Click on the Info tab. This shows you a progress bar of manhours for the entire job. It also has the job details, such as the Job name, the Estimator of the job, all the Workareas for the job, and notes for the workareas.
You can also see the Date Scheduled for the job as well as the Estimated Price and any Crew Notes. You can click on the View Item Summary button to see the estimated and actual items for the entire job.
Step 4:
Click on the Customer tab. Here you can see all of the Customer's information. Tapping on the messaging icon and the phone icon allows you to message or call the customer.
Step 5:
Click on the Attachments tab. Here you can see any pictures or documents that are connected to the job. If the attachments are tagged, you can filter by tag, or find an attachment by typing in the search bar. Hit the round orange plus icon to upload a new attachment.
Step 6:
Click on the Notes tab. This screen shows you all the notes for the entire job, showing you in which workarea the notes were entered.
