You can now schedule and send a consultation to a customer from the mobile app!
Step by Step:
Click on Consultations on the main menu.
Click on the round orange plus button.
Select your Customer.
The required fields for a Consultation are Salesperson and Date and Time. Select these fields and record any other information that you want to be included in the consultation.
You can use one of your Canned Responses if you have them set up. Otherwise, you're ready to hit Save and Send.
Check to make sure the recipient email addresses and the reply-to email addresses are correct, then hit Send Invites.
You're done! Your consultation invitation has been sent and scheduled.
There are two other places in the mobile app where you can schedule a consultation.
Go to the Scheduled tab in the Time menu. Click on the round plus button and then on the handshake icon button.
2. Go to the Calendar and click on the round plus button, then the handshake icon button.
