Here's how you can send off an estimate to a customer from the Mobile App.
This article assumes you've already created your Estimate and are now ready to send the Proposal.
Step by Step:
Step 1:
Open the main menu and select Estimates.
Step 2:
Select the job for which you want to send a Proposal.
Step 3:
Click on the round plus button and then select the edit icon.
Step 4:
Click on the three dots in the upper right-hand corner, and then tap on Customer Proposal.
Step 5:
Select your preferences for a downpayment invoice and then hit Send for Review.
Step 6:
Turn on the toggles for the Customer's email address and your reply-to address. Avoid editing the email description, since this will undo the formatting. Hit Send.
