If you're running into an error on the Mobile App and you're not sure what's causing it, this is a good strategy to refresh the app to get past the problem.
Step by Step:
Step 1:
Open the main menu and select Log Out.
Step 2:
Swipe up to clear the app from your phone.
Step 3:
Enter your email and password to log back in.
That should clear up your issue! Once in a blue moon the network aka cell signal can falter, leaving a process stuck or hung in the app. Doing the above exercise clears it and 99% of the time gets you rolling again. If it didn't, send us a message in the blue chat box and we'll do our best to help.
