The Engineering Team has been working away at a number of bugs and backend cleanup. Much of it will not be noticeable to you, but it is setting the stage for some upcoming, amazing improvements.

In the time screen, under the job filter, it was found that all jobs across all SynkedUP users were able to be seen. That has now been fixed. So, now you won't see other Users jobs. You will only see your own.
We were getting many reports that the mobile app was crashing. Super annoying when you are on the fly in the field, we know! The team dug into this and did some investigative work. They were able to locate a navigation error. This has been resolved.
Many Users were reporting that when they saved an estimate, the formatting in the customer invoice description box was resetting. It was wiping out all the bold, bullets etc. and reverting back to plain text. That issue has been fixed and now formatting should stay as desired.
It's that time of year again! The snow is starting to fly and we noticed an issue with snow jobs. The email sent to customers for snow jobs was stating the wrong time. That has been addressed and fixed.
A number of other pesky user specific bugs have been addressed and resolved, as well.
A great amount of time and research has been put in for the next new feature. We are hoping to see that rolled out for you by the end of the year. Stay tuned! 🤩
