Dark mode bug has been resolved
Have you ever gone to edit your time in a time sheet on the mobile app and the time picker is blank? Well, that had to do with a dark mode setting on your phone. Every time we did an update that would reset and happen again. The engineers did a little work and that has now been eliminated and you can edit times without any problems at any time.
Service package labor rate bug has been resolved/Creating another year in service packages has been resolved
One of our users reported some issues regarding service packages. Creating another year was causing a problem and labor rates were not updating to the current budget. That has all been fixed so you should be able to continue with your 2023 updates without any issue.
.heic formatted pictures are now supported in the mobile app
For a little while now, SynkedUP iPhone mobile app was not recognizing .heic formatted pictures with the newer iPhone. That was causing users to have to change their settings and was frustrating overall. That has all been resolved so, now newer iPhone users, go ahead and fill your job folders with beautiful .heic formatted pictures!!
Shipping address in QuickBooks Online bug has been resolved
When creating an invoice QuickBooks Online was not reflecting the shipping address as the property address. This was often frustrating in snow and maintenance situations for property owners with multiple properties. That has been fixed, so now QuickBooks Online invoices should reflect shipping addresses as the property address where the service was done.
