Hey SynkedUP Crew! Here is what we have been up to the last few weeks....

We found out that the project status filter on the mobile app was not working. No matter what status you selected (pending, sold, or lost) all projects showed. That certainly defeats the idea of filtering! We were able to make a quick fix there and now you can filter to only show what you want to see.

In your SynkedUP account you have the ability to export your client list to a .csv file so that you can use it for marketing purposes or whatever you may wish to do. However, that export was only including clients marked as "customers". Anyone marked as a lead would not be exported as part of that list. That was frustrating as you were unable to export any leads to connect to a marketing campaign. This has been fixed and now all clients are exported and labeled as lead or customer in the .csv export.

We found that the search bar within the calendar had limited reach. For example it was not showing results for company name. That was due to some filtering filtered results in the backend. We were able to clear that up so the search function is much more inclusive now. This may lead to more results when searching but will hopefully help you find what you are looking for more easily.

In the past we have had many requests to limit what foremen could see in regards to pricing in the mobile app. Over the past several months we have worked to block any pricing from foremen level access. Foremen can only see quantities and such but no dollars attached. There was one loophole left that we needed to close. Proposals were still visible in the attachments folder. Anyone wishing to prevent their foremen from seeing pricing completely would have to go into the attachments folder and manually remove the proposals. We have now closed that loophole. When proposals are generated they are automatically tagged with an "admin" tag. Anything in the folder tagged "admin" is not visible to foremen. This tag can also be manually applied to any other documents you may wish to have in the attachments folder but not visible to foremen.

The backend work around how items are handled throughout the system continues. We are making great progress and cleaning a lot up along the way. We are excited to start rolling out some of the changes soon. While there will not be major changes as to how things operate at the user level, there will be some minor visual changes and performance upgrades. All of this work will allow us to develop faster and cleaner moving forward.
