Calendar scheduling was off a bit

We found that scheduling recurring maintenance in something that was monthly (something on the second Tuesday of the month), it was counting the second Tuesday displayed, not necessarily the second Tuesday of the month. We made a minor change to how it reads the calendar and it now operates as it should.

False error message when sending a consultation email

You may have noticed when setting up a consultation and sending the email, you would get an error message. It was a false error message and the email was indeed sending, but we cleaned that up for you. Now, you should only see an error message if there is an actual error.

Default consultation emails had formatting issues

In our work to clean up canned responses, now email templates, the formatting of the default consult email got messed up. We were easily able to get that formatted and looking as it should.

Safari 16 not loading

We had a handful of users reporting blank pages throughout the program. After doing some digging we found that this was caused by people running on older versions of Safari web browser. We made some changes that should allow SynkedUP to work on older versions of Safari. However, this a good reminder to always keep your operating system and web browser updated.

Importing customer from QuickBooks giving false error message

We noticed when importing a customer from your QuickBooks into SynkedUP, you would receive an error message saying that the customer had been imported. This was a false error message as everything was working appropriately. We got that cleaned up and you should only receive the error if there is an issue.

Digital proposal layout not consistent

With our recent work to upgrade proposals, we found some inconsistencies on how the digital proposals displayed. The red box around the customer description was not consistently displaying as you would expect. We fixed that so now it displays as it should.

Admin button to change how customer list displays

On your my company page, you will now see a button which will allow you to change how your customer list displays. For example: if you want to switch from first name to last name or last name to first name, you can now do that with just a click of a button.

Calendar events now show tasks scheduled

When scheduling recurring maintenance, the calendar event displayed the customer name and job name. This made it a bit confusing, as you didn't know what task it was within that contract, without clicking into it. We have now added the task name to what it displays. This should make it much easier to distinguish what task is scheduled and when.

Canned responses are now email templates

We have reworked how canned responses work and renamed them email templates. While the overall functionality is essentially the same, the look and feel is slightly different. The biggest change is how placeholders work. We have made it much easier to insert placeholders, than before. We hope you find it to be a cleaner and more intuitive process.
