Itemized proposals
We now offer you the ability to show your clients itemized proposals. We have had many requests for the ability to show your customer what items are included in the workarea price. Now, when creating a proposal you are given the option to give more information to your customer. You can show all items, quantities, and or pricing. We hope you find this helpful and useful in getting the customer the information that they require.
Sold job revenue
Have you ever been wondering, at any point, in time how much work you have already sold? While we have been giving you the amount of work that has been completed, we have not been able to display how much work you have coming down the pipeline. We now give you that information right on the home page. This number is the amount of work that has been marked sold and only includes approved workareas. You can use the date picker to select any period of time and it will display all sold jobs within that time period. We hope you find this is beneficial in tracking towards your sales goal.
Job summary report not printing
We found when trying to print a job summary report to a PDF it was directing you to a blank page. This was a quick and easy fix and the report is now generating as expected.
Time and Material proposals
We had a small issue where proposals with time and material workareas were not displaying the estimated amount. While T&M jobs are a best guess estimate yet displaying a 0 amount final cost is not helpful. We got that fixed, so now proposals for T&M jobs show the estimated amount.
Down payment percentage on proposals
For a very brief period of time the down payment percentage on proposals was not allowing you to edit it. We quickly found the root cause and got that squared away.
Retiring item false error message
It was discovered that when you retired an item from your item catalog, you would receive an error message that the item could not be retired. The item was in fact retired, so the error message was false. We got that cleaned up and it is now operating as it should.
