Setting Up Automated Follow-Ups for Proposals

1. Get the proposal ready to send.

2. Select the email of your customer.

3. Click here to turn on automated follow-ups.

4. Click here to preview the follow-up email template.

5. Click "Add Another Reminder", if desired.

6. Click this field to edit when the follow-up reminder is sent.

7. Click here to send the proposal.

8. Click here to manually stop sending reminders.

How to set your company default for automated follow-ups

9. Click "SETUP"

10. Click "My Company"

11. Click here.

12. Set your follow-up schedule as desired.
