"How do I see a list of all my approved jobs?" is a common question — and the answer depends on whether you mean a job with approved work areas (still in the sales pipeline) or a job that's been marked Sold. These are two different stages and they live in two different places in SynkedUP. Here's the lay of the land.
Quick vocabulary: Approved vs. Sold
Approval and "Sold" are two separate things in SynkedUP.
Approved (work-area level)
Approval happens at the work area level, not at the job level. That means a single job can have some work areas approved and others still pending.
A work area becomes approved in one of two ways:
Your customer reviews the proposal in the "Send for Review" link and approves specific work areas.
You approve the work area manually inside SynkedUP (for example, when a customer approves over the phone or in person).
Sold (job level)
"Sold" is a status that applies to the whole job. A job becomes Sold in one of two ways:
Automatically, when a down payment invoice is paid.
Manually, by flipping the "This project has been sold" toggle on the estimate.
Once a job is Sold, it leaves the Estimates page and moves into the list for its job type.
To see jobs with approved work areas (still in the pipeline)
Go to the Estimates page.
This page lists every estimate you have in progress — including ones with approved work areas that haven't been marked Sold yet. Use the Approved filter at the top of the Estimates page to narrow the view down to only estimates with approved work areas, so you can see exactly what's "approved but not yet sold" at a glance.
Want to confirm the approval on a specific job? Open the estimate and look for the green checkmark next to the approved work areas plus the approval date note. (More on that here.)
Note: Sold jobs do not show on the Estimates page. The moment a job is marked Sold, it moves off this list and into the list for its job type — see the next section.
To see your sold jobs
Sold jobs live in one of three lists, depending on what kind of job it is:
Projects list — for install / build projects
Service Tickets list — for one-off service visits
Maintenance list — for recurring maintenance contracts
There isn't a single unified "all sold jobs" list today — if you want to see everything you've sold, you'll need to check all three.
The short version
Has approved work areas, not yet Sold? → Estimates (use the Approved filter)
Sold install project? → Projects
Sold one-off service? → Service Tickets
Sold recurring maintenance? → Maintenance
