Hey SynkedUP Crew! Here is what we have been up to over the past few weeks....

Items summary report

We had a brief moment where item summary reports would generate an error when trying to print the PDF. That is now working as it should.

Unable to clock into job on mobile app

We had a few users getting error codes when trying to clock into a job. After investigating, we found the jobs were timing out if they had a very large number of visits. So, not surprising, these tended to be companies unbillable shop projects and it was the end of the year. That has been fixed, however, it would be best practice to start a new project for the new year.

Create proposal link button

It was discovered that the create proposal link button was dead. Hitting it would do nothing. Thankfully, we discovered that this was a small mistake made in some other work being done and it was quickly fixed.

Time PDF report

As we neared the end of the year and users were reviewing the year, it was pointed out that the time PDF report would give an error when trying to print the entire year. We had to make some minor changes and that is no longer an issue.

Push changes in service packages

We found when working in service packages that hitting the push changes button was not working as expected. Changes and tasks were disappearing. We were able to find the cause of that problem and everything works as expected now.

Template duplication

We had a few users let us know that items within templates and templates themselves were being duplicated. This was happening when creating a new template and hitting save, it would save a duplicate as well. Adding an item to any template would duplicate the item when saving. We quickly found the issue and that is no longer a problem.
